Our goal at Team Investment Group is to help entrepreneurs invest in commercial residential real estate. Since 2018, we’ve helped great people turn idle cash into profitable investments that make an impact in their lives in the quest towards financial freedom.
We invest in our properties for the long haul and understand that success takes hard work, dedication and sheer perseverance. We manage our properties from the very first stage of ownership until the property is sold.
Who We Are

T.I.G. specializes in small to mid-sized residential multi-family assets. Geographically, we focus on the West Coast, from Sacramento to the Mexican border; however our primary focus is Los Angeles County. This provides our investors with access to over 38,000,000 people and 12 million plus rental units. This means our investors enjoy a consistently vibrant real estate investment market - and all of the perks that come with it. Moreover, our team specializes in providing information, guidance and turnkey support throughout the entire investment, acquisition and legal process.

The group’s purpose is to bridge the gap between small investors and more scaled investments. We collaborate, vet, and find individuals interested in investing in multi-million-dollar properties. These investors want to see their money yield cash flow and build wealth, while protecting their investment.

Investment Expectations
Moving forward, labor shortages, rising material costs, and the steady growth of interest rates will lead to an increase in maintenance costs. It’s critical to set reasonable expectations for real estate performance, where returns on investment may fluctuate, but overall should continue to add value for investors on an ongoing basis.

From $40M to $100M in Investments
Our end goal is to establish a small, privately-owned REIT with between 50
and 100 members who control real estate valued in excess of $100 million
We have a roadmap to getting to this figure through asset and debt consolidation, where we can continue to leverage our equity to reinvest and grow.
In addition, management of cost and transparency across our investments will ensure everyone remains informed and comfortable with TIG’s ventures.
